Hydrostatic Release Unit
Hydrostatic release unit is made from strong corrosion resistant stainless steel and engineering plastic. It depends on hydrostatic pressure to automatically release the fixed rigging, then release the life raft to make it float. It is a ideal device for air filled life-saving raft. When a ship is in danger, it can posses automatic unhook and manual unhook in 2~4 meters deep water.
The product has been authorized by China Classfication Society of Shipping and is up to the regulation of SOLAS convention and IMO standard.
